Return policy 

We have a 30 day return policy. Any return must happen within 30 days of the receipt being processed. The item/items returned must be in the original package, in perfect conditions, and with all the afferent tags still attached to the product.

Our return adress is PIERDO STUDIO - C/ Pujades 138, Bajo A, 08005, Barcelona, Spain.

We will contact you as soon as we receive your returned item/items. Afterwards, we can either send you an exchange or a voucher of the same value with no expiration date (you can use it anytime you want). 

*Keep your shipping receipt and upload it to your Paypal account so it'll be reimbursed by Paypal.

Pierdo reserves the right to refuse returns sent past the set deadline. We can also refuse garments that are not in the same condition in which they were sent to the customer.

Pierdo will not be responsible for returns if they do not reach the store. (we recommend you use a fiable delivery company that provides a tracking number to avoid lost packages). All shipping costs of a returned item/items will be covered by the client.

 

Returns of defective products.

Once we have received the item, our team will carefully review the returned item. If an item is defective we will proceed to send you an exchange. If the said item is out of stock, the amount will be refunded within 7 days. 

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear.

 

This clause expectation for the return of defective products shall be understood without prejudice to the mandatory rights that the consumer has to repair or replace the product, lower the price or terminate the contract in accordance with the arranged in Chapter II, Title V, Book II of the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 in November 16th.
