What do you do to keep up your good mood during confinement?
Qué haces para mantenerte positivo durante la cuarentena?
Knowing that we are going to go through all possible moods,
I try to keep my routines every day. Drawing, reading books and comics. Spend time with my daughters and playing a lot with them. Manage everything with my lovely wife Rose. Taking my dog for a walk and calling my friends and family often.
Sabiendo que vamos a pasar por todos los estados de ánimo posibles, intento mantener mis rutinas todos los días. Dibujo, lectura de libros y cómics. Pasar tiempo con mis hijas y jugar mucho con ellas.
Gestionar todo con mi encantadora esposa Rose. Llevar a pasear a mi perro, llamar a mis amigos y familiares a menudo.
A positive thought to share these days?

Do everything with extreme calmness when you get stressed and see the good from the bad when things don't look good.
Easy to say, difficult to do. But we must try.
Haz todo con extrema calma cuando te sientas estresado y mira el lado bueno dentro de lo malo cuando las cosas no se vean bien.
Fácil de decir, difícil de hacer. Pero debemos intentarlo.
