If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and want to exchange it or get a voucher please let us know and return it within 30 days of receipt in perfect conditions, in it's original package, with its hangtag and the inner labels.
*Keep your shipping receipt and upload it to your Paypal account so it'll be reimbursed by Paypal
We will notify you as soon as we receive your returned items and will send you back your exchange.
In case you do not want to make a trade than we will send you a voucher of the same amount that won't expire so you can use it whenever you wish.
To make returns by mail you must follow the following steps:

Pierdo.es reserves the right to refuse returns sent outside the set deadline or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were sent to the customer.
Pierdo.es will not be responsible for returns paid by the customer if they do not reach the store. The shipping costs of the items you wish to return, must be paid by you.
Returns of defective products:
By mail: To return a defective item you must follow the following steps:
- Contact us immediately via our email email@example.com for instructions.
- Once we have received the item, firstname.lastname@example.org will proceed to carefully review the returned product. In the event that the article is defective we will proceed to change it. The change will be made as soon as possible and in any case, within 7 days after receipt of the article on Pierdo.es. In the case of not having stock, the amount will be refunded within 7 days. In all cases of return by default, shipping costs will be handled by Pierdo.es.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear.
This clause expectation for the return of defective products shall be understood without prejudice to the mandatory rights that the consumer has to repair or replace the product, lower the price or terminate the contract in accordance with the arranged in Chapter II, Title V, Book II of the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 in November 16th.
