Returns & Refunds

We have a 30 day return policy. Any return must happen within 30 days of the receipt being processed. The item/items returned must be in the original package, in perfect conditions, and with all the afferent tags still attached to the product. 

If you want to return an item please contact us at info@pierdo.es to let us know beforehand. Our return adress is PIERDO STUDIO - C/ Pujades 138, Bajo A, 08005, Barcelona, Spain.

We will contact you as soon as we receive your returned item/items. To be eligible for a refund your item can´t be used/worn. The product must be in the same condition that you received it in. The item must be in the original packaging, with its adjacent tag/tags still attached.

If the product is not in perfect condition (no bag, etc.) we might apply a return fee depending on the product.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Underwear and magazines are not returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): 

  1. books with obvious signs of use;
  2. any item that is not in its original condition;
  3. damaged or missing parts of the item for reasons not due to our error.

*Keep your shipping receipt and upload it to your Paypal account so it'll be reimbursed by Paypal.

 

Shipping 

To return your product, mail your product to: PIERDO STUDIO - C/ Pujades 138, Bajo A, 08005, Barcelona, Spain. (please contact us first at info@pierdo.es so we´ll know about it).

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping is non-refundable.

Pierdo reserves the right to refuse returns sent past the set deadline (30 days) - that's why it's important you let us know you're sending an item back beforehand. We can refuse garments that are not in the same condition in which they were sent to the customer. Pierdo will not be responsible for returns if they do not reach the store. We recommend you use a fiable delivery company that provides a tracking number to avoid lost packages. All shipping costs of a returned item/items will be covered by the client.

 

Returns of defective products.

Contact us via email at info@pierdo.es for instructions.

Once we have received the item, our team will carefully review the returned item. If an item is defective we will proceed to send you an exchange. If the said item is out of stock, the amount will be refunded within 7 days. 

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear.

 This clause expectation for the return of defective products shall be understood without prejudice to the mandatory rights that the consumer has to repair or replace the product, lower the price or terminate the contract in accordance with the arranged in Chapter II, Title V, Book II of the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 in November 16th.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, make sure you double check your bank account. If the refund doesn`t appear there, we recommend contacting your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. (international ones especially).

If you’ve done all of this but the refund doesn´t appear yet, please contact us at info@pierdo.es. (you´ll get an answer back in 24-48h Monday through Friday).

 

Items on sale (if applicable) 

Only items at full price may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot.

 

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves and offered it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
